Our founders, Michelle, and Jaco Coetzer have been residents of Leeukloof since 2005. Their passion for craft distilling led them to establish Lions Creek Valley Boutique Distillery in 2018 after their children left for university. As the head distiller, Michelle, also known as the “Lioness,” brings her extensive knowledge and creativity to every batch of spirits we produce.
